Grimsby Town v York City starts at 12:30 GMT on Saturday 31 October 2026 at Blundell Park, with UK coverage on Sky Sports+. This is also Grimsby’s Remembrance matchday, and supporters are asked to be in their seats earlier than usual for the pre-match ceremony.

What happens before kick-off?
The clubs’ head coaches will lay wreaths on the pitch. A two-minute silence, marked by the referee’s whistle, and the Last Post form part of the ceremony. Players and coaches will wear black armbands. Grimsby’s 26 October announcement asks fans to take their seats early enough to participate.
The club has not published a separate ceremony start time in that notice. Arriving only at 12:30 would leave no allowance for finding your seat before the pre-match observance.
Tickets, member prices and collection
Use the GTFC ticket portal or Blundell Park ticket office. The published 1878 member offer is £21 for adults and £6 for concessions in the Osmond Stand, one ticket per membership and subject to availability. An eligible emergency-services, Armed Forces or veteran ticket offer is £19, also with limited availability.
Grimsby’s ticket notice states that collections are from Blundell Park only. Its earlier York announcement reported hospitality sold out; that is separate from availability for ordinary match seats, which should be checked in the ticket portal.
Outside the UK
The US clock conversion is 08:30 ET / 05:30 PT because American daylight saving time is still in effect on 31 October. For overseas coverage, use the EFL broadcast-partner guide; the UK Sky Sports+ listing does not identify a US channel.
