Sacramento Kings–New Orleans Pelicans: tip-off
| Date | Thursday, October 29, 2026 |
|---|---|
| Away at home | Sacramento Kings at New Orleans Pelicans |
| U.S. start times | 8 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. CT / 5 p.m. PT |
| Home local time | 7 p.m. Central in New Orleans |
The 8 p.m. label on the national game page is Eastern time, not New Orleans local time. For an arena visit, use 7 p.m. Central. For a Sacramento viewing plan, the same tip-off falls at 5 p.m. Pacific, an early-evening start rather than a California night game.
Where this matchup falls in the week
The Kings’ preceding listed game is at San Antonio on October 27. New Orleans hosts Denver on October 28, then stays home for Sacramento the next night. This is the Pelicans’ second consecutive home date, so check the opponent and date when opening a saved ticket link.
U.S. viewing options
The NBA’s October 29 listing includes a League Pass option for Kings–Pelicans. In the United States, live access depends on the viewer’s market. Check the local service if you are in either team’s broadcast territory; otherwise, check that this game is available with your League Pass package.
The NBA blackout guide explains local and national live-viewing restrictions. Check availability using your location before buying a package.
Watching from California or attending in Louisiana?
A 5 p.m. reminder is appropriate for a Sacramento-based viewer, but it is two hours early for a ticket holder using New Orleans local time. Keep the viewing reminder separate from any travel or venue-arrival reminder. The official game link below opens this Kings–Pelicans meeting rather than the Pelicans’ Denver game.
